1-2 dl ACTIWHEY®
3 peeled oranges
2 small peeled bananas
2 dl almond milk
1-2 dl orange juice/water
1 dl oat bran/flackes
0,5 dl frozen buckthorn
 

Add everything to a blender, mix and enjoy.

2,5 dl juice
1-2 Tbls of ACTIWHEY®
1 portion of NeuroWay®

Energizing Smoothie

0,5-1 dl ACTIWHEY®
1 dl raspberries (fresh or frozen)
1 dl mango (fresh or frozen)
1 peeled orange
1-2 dl juice

 

Add everything to a blender and mix until you get a smooth consistency.

 

Afternoon Refresher

1,5 dl mango (fresh or frozen)
1 peeled orange
1 avocado
1,5 dl green grapes
1 dl spinach (fresh or frozen)
2 Tbls maca powder
1-2 dl water/orange juice
mint (by taste)
 

Add everything to a blender, mix and enjoy.

Breakfast Smoothie

1 dl oat flackes
1 peeled banana
1/2 Tbls flax seeds (grained)
1 Tbls pumpkin seeds (grained)
0,5-1dl ACTIWHEY®
4-5 dl juice / milk with cocoa powder

 

Add everything to a blender and mix until you get a smooth consistency.

Chocolate Dream Smoothie

0,5-1 dl ACTIWHEY®
1-2 peeled banana
0,5 dl cocoa powder
2 Tbls of cocoa nibs
1 dl coconut milk
1 dl water

 

Add everything to a blender and mix until you get a smooth consistency. If you want to use milk instead, subsitute the coconut milk and the water with around 2dl milk.
