Chocolate Pudding
(1 portion)

2 Tbls ACTIWHEY®
2 ts cocoa powder
1 ts raw cocoa powder
2 Tbls mascarpone
2 Tbls water
1 Tbls agave sirup (or honey)

 

Mix the powders well and add the water and continue mixing until it becomes a shiny sauce. Add the mascarpone and the agave sirup and mix until it become smooth. Enjoy it straigh away!

Actiwheyted Chololate Sauce
(1 portion)

0,5 dl ACTIWHEY®
0,5 dl cocoa powder
1 Tbls  water
 

Add the powders to a small bowl and add some water and mix until you get a smooth consistency. Use it as a topping for fruits and desserts or eat it that way.

Grainless Pancakes (Glutenfree)
(1-2 portion)

1 dl ACTIWHEY®
0,5-1 dl coconut flour
0,5-1 dl almond flour
2 eggs
1 dl water or 0,5 dl coconut milk

 

Mix everything in a bowl and add enough water or coconut milk to make the dough quite runny. Pour a little portion on an oiled (preferably with coconut oil) frying pan and fry on a low heat. Flip the pancake carefully after the surface has stiffen.

For a sweeter version add some sugar or honey and a little cinnamon in the dough. Add salt and other spices for a savory version.
